About Straight Line Management
Straight Line Management (SLM) has the tools and processes to help make your project goals and vision a reality. SLM works collaboratively with project owners and stakeholders to be active participants in key work sessions where design, scope, schedule, and cost expectations are aligned by all parties. Our management approach and team organizational structure encompasses the following primary concepts:
- Integrated team delivery – a team which is dedicated to the project FIRST.
- Careful analysis of the existing jobsite conditions.
- Accurate schedules based upon lean principles and processes that can take advantage of opportunities, prevent setbacks, and resolve conflicts.
Quality Control
Our Quality Control/Quality Assurance process begins in preconstruction. The SLM team develops a project specific QA/QC program. The implementation of engineering, review, coordination, and field installation play a critical role in our the QA/QC process. As construction commences, the SLM team implements a field specific QA/QC program manager to monitor the quality and installation of all work. We integrate all work efforts and QA/QC control systems with the owner to ensure full compliance.
